openScaler Software License Agreement
Important note: The openScaler Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) governs the downloading, installation and use of the openScaler Operating System Distribution (hereinafter referred
to as “Software”). By downloading, installing or using the Software, you (an individual, company, or any other entity) accept following terms and conditions.
The Software is a collective work comprising of many open source software components and copyrighted by openScaler Community and other contributors. The collective work itself is licensed under Mulan PSL v2 license.
And each open source software component is licensed under its open source software license stated in the specific open source software file. The Agreement or the Mulan PSL v2 license for the collective work will no
t supersede the conditions of the open source software component license. In case any conflicts between the Agreement or the Mulan PSL v2 license and the open source software component license, for a specific compon
ent, the license of such component will prevail.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NEITHER OPENEULER COMMUNITY, NOR ANY CONTRIBUTOR OR COPY
RIGHT HOLDER MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYM
ENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. THERE IS NO WARRANTY BY OPENEULER COMMUNITY OR BY ANY OTHER PARTY THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF TH
E SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY CONTRIBUTOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, O
